Position Overview 💼
We're seeking a Gen AI Artist who can build the future of storytelling through cutting-edge generative AI tools. This role demands a hands-on creative who lives and breathes creative design - someone who knows their way around Gen AI video tools and isn't afraid to experiment. You'll transform AI capabilities into extraordinary creative outputs that push boundaries and captivate audiences.
As our Gen AI Artist, you'll demonstrate daily mastery of AI-driven content creation across video, visual, and multimedia formats. This isn't about managing others - this is about being the practitioner who sits down and creates magic with these tools yourself. SF-based, passion-fuelled, and obsessed with what's next, you'll showcase what's possible when technical expertise meets creative vision.
What You'll Do
- Master and push the boundaries of Gen AI video tools and creative suites, producing breakthrough content across video synthesis, image generation, motion graphics, and automated storytelling workflows
- Engineer complex multi-step AI workflows for film and video production, demonstrating advanced prompt crafting and scene composition techniques
- Create detailed prompt libraries and generation templates for consistent, cinematic outputs across all AI modalities including text-to-video, image animation, style transfer, and narrative development
- Produce daily creative assets using AI tools, maintaining a portfolio that showcases technical mastery in visual storytelling and creative innovation
- Document and share advanced AI filmmaking techniques, building playbooks for complex narrative challenges and production optimization
- Experiment relentlessly with emerging AI features, being first to identify breakthrough applications in storytelling and visual narrative
- Build automated creative pipelines combining multiple AI tools in the Freepik AI Suite and others into seamless production workflows
- Train team members on advanced AI tool usage through hands-on demonstrations and practical filmmaking workshops
- Deliver projects that showcase unprecedented AI capabilities in storytelling, from concept through final cut
- Maintain expertise across the entire AI creative ecosystem, staying ahead of emerging tools and techniques in generative filmmaking

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Portfolio requirement: Extensive portfolio demonstrating advanced AI-generated creative work across multiple mediums (must include examples of complex prompt engineering, workflow automation, and multi-tool integration)
- Expert-level proficiency in Freepik AI Suite with documented examples of advanced usage and creative breakthroughs
- Proven mastery of leading AI creative tools: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, and emerging platforms
- Advanced prompt engineering skills with demonstrated ability to achieve precise creative outcomes through sophisticated prompting techniques
- Technical expertise in AI workflow automation, API integration, and batch processing for scaled content creation
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating commercial content with AI tools (not managing others who use them)
- Ability to create 50+ high-quality AI-generated assets daily while maintaining consistency and brand standards
- Deep understanding of AI model capabilities, limitations, and optimization techniques across image, video, audio, and 3D generation
- Experience building and documenting reusable AI creative systems and templates
- Strong technical foundation: comfort with APIs, automation tools, and basic scripting for workflow optimization
- Proven track record of staying ahead of AI tool developments and being an early adopter of new capabilities
