We are seeking a new team member to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team within the Finance department. This person will be responsible for extracting, preparing, and analyzing data and KPIs. Additionally, they will support the creation and execution of reports, financial projections, and other departmental tasks.

What will your daily tasks look like? 💻

• Extraction, processing, and analysis of both financial data and KPIs to assess the company’s performance.
• Acting as a business partner with the Data department to obtain relevant information.
• Internal reporting through weekly KPI monitoring.
• External reporting through financial reports.
• Management and updating of support tools for reporting and forecasting.
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

What are we looking for? 💡

• Solid understanding of accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with BigQuery.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (Looker, HEX, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions, with knowledge of finance and data.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Adaptability to change and dynamic environments.
• Analytical skills.
• Time management and planning
