Our Events team is growing—and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative, strategic, and creative group dedicated to delivering memorable experiences. As our next Event Producer, you’ll bring a problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine love for teamwork to help elevate every project to its fullest potential.

💡 About the Role

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and work hand in hand with creative, strategy, account, and production profiles. Your mission will be to coordinate end-to-end event production, ensuring every phase runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the level of excellence our projects demand—so the entire team can shine together.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the events team on planning and executing each project.

  • Coordinate full-cycle production for corporate events, brand activations, and experiential initiatives.

  • Translate creative concepts into actionable and detailed production plans.

  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers: venues, catering, AV/technical production, design, build, staffing, transportation, and more.

  • Prepare budgets, control costs, and handle quotes, contracts, and procurement.

  • Create timelines, checklists, briefs, and all operational documentation.

  • Oversee setup, technical rehearsals, and on-site execution alongside the team.

  • Identify challenges proactively and collaborate on finding the best solution.

  • Produce post-event reports with learnings, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.

Required

  • Strong passion for teamwork and continuous collaboration.

  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • High level of organization, prioritization, and multitasking.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

  • Availability to travel and adapt to flexible schedules when needed.

  • English level: C1.

Valuable

  • Experience supervising technical builds (AV, lighting, staging).

  • An existing network of trusted suppliers.

  • Interest in industry trends, innovation, and new technologies applied to events.
