We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Growth Business Development Representative to forge strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 companies. Your mission will be to align Freepik's innovative AI solutions with enterprise business objectives, driving adoption of our revolutionary creative content platform.

  • Onboarding Phase: Gaining deep product knowledge, understanding Freepik's value proposition, and developing targeted outreach strategies for key market segments
  • Development Phase: Building a quality pipeline through effective prospecting, conducting insightful discovery calls, and advancing opportunities through the sales process
  • Excellence Phase: Consistently delivering high-quality opportunities, providing valuable market insights, and contributing to the evolution of Freepik's enterprise strategy

What will you do on a daily basis? ๐Ÿ’ป


  • Strategic Outreach: Develop thoughtful, multi-channel campaigns targeting marketing executives with personalized, value-driven messaging
  • Consultative Engagement: Conduct discovery conversations focused on understanding clients' business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Value Articulation: Effectively communicate the benefits of Freepik's Enterprise AI Suite, emphasizing efficiency gains and content quality improvements
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize available tools and analytics to refine outreach strategies and measure engagement
  • Collaborative Feedback: Share market insights to help inform product development and sales approaches


What requirements are we looking for? ๐Ÿ’ก


๐Ÿ”ง Essentials


  • 5 years+ success in enterprise BDR / SDR roles plus hands-on Salesforce admin or RevOps experience
  • Proven history of building โ‰ฅ $500 K pipeline per quarter, alongside maintaining accurate CRM data
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay/Apollo (or similar enrichment/automation tools)
  • Strong analytical chopsโ€”comfortable with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and Excel/Sheets formulas
  • Clear, concise storyteller who can shift seamlessly between creative directors, CMOs and CFOs
  • Self-starter who enjoys both outbound hustle and process design
