Position Overview 💼
Freepik is seeking an AI Creative Production Specialist who can transform our generative AI capabilities into extraordinary creative outputs. This role demands a practitioner who lives and breathes AI tools - someone who can push Freepik's AI Suite beyond its limits to create stunning visuals, videos, and multimedia content that captivates audiences.
You'll be our AI wizard, demonstrating daily mastery of prompt engineering, workflow automation, and creative AI implementation. This isn't about managing others who use AI - this is about being the expert who can sit down and create magic with these tools yourself. You'll showcase what's possible when technical expertise meets creative vision, setting new standards for AI-driven content creation.
What You'll Do
- Master and push the boundaries of Freepik's AI Suite, creating breakthrough content across image generation, video synthesis, audio production, 3D modeling, and automated design workflows
- Engineer complex, multi-step AI workflows that produce consistent, brand-aligned creative assets at scale, demonstrating advanced prompt crafting techniques
- Create detailed prompt libraries and generation templates that ensure repeatable, high-quality outputs across all AI modalities (text-to-image, image-to-video, style transfer, etc.)
- Produce daily creative assets using AI tools, maintaining a portfolio of cutting-edge work that showcases technical mastery and creative innovation
- Document and share advanced AI techniques, building playbooks for complex creative challenges and workflow optimization
- Experiment relentlessly with new AI features and tools, being first to identify breakthrough applications and creative possibilities
- Build automated creative pipelines that combine multiple AI tools (Freepik, MidJourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) into seamless production workflows
- Train team members on advanced AI tool usage through hands-on demonstrations and practical workshops
- Deliver client projects that showcase unprecedented AI capabilities, from concept to final deliverable
- Maintain expertise across the entire AI creative ecosystem, staying ahead of emerging tools and techniques
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Portfolio requirement: Extensive portfolio demonstrating advanced AI-generated creative work across multiple mediums (must include examples of complex prompt engineering, workflow automation, and multi-tool integration)
- Expert-level proficiency in Freepik AI Suite with documented examples of advanced usage and creative breakthroughs
- Proven mastery of leading AI creative tools: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, and emerging platforms
- Advanced prompt engineering skills with demonstrated ability to achieve precise creative outcomes through sophisticated prompting techniques
- Technical expertise in AI workflow automation, API integration, and batch processing for scaled content creation
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating commercial content with AI tools (not managing others who use them)
- Ability to create 50+ high-quality AI-generated assets daily while maintaining consistency and brand standards
- Deep understanding of AI model capabilities, limitations, and optimization techniques across image, video, audio, and 3D generation
- Experience building and documenting reusable AI creative systems and templates
- Strong technical foundation: comfort with APIs, automation tools, and basic scripting for workflow optimization
- Proven track record of staying ahead of AI tool developments and being an early adopter of new capabilities
