Position Overview 💼

We’re hiring an Account Executive to own new business across companies up to 1,000 employees. This isn’t an order-taking role—it’s full-cycle sales. You’ll hunt relentlessly, qualify smartly, multithread deeply, and deliver elite demos that close. Along the way, you’ll partner with leadership on late-stage strategy, negotiations, and executive alignment.

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our San Francisco HQ, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Partnerships (US). You’ll be on the frontline of scaling Freepik’s US presence and shaping the future of enterprise AI creativity.

What Will You Do? 💻

  • Drive new business: Prospect, qualify, and advance opportunities across SMB and Mid-Market (<1,000 employees).

  • Sell strategically: Apply MEDDICC rigor—map orgs, multithread stakeholders, and build champions.

  • Run elite demos: Master Freepik’s AI Creative Suite to deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that resonate with both technical and business audiences.

  • Advance deals: Own most of the sales process while collaborating with leadership on late-stage strategy and negotiations.

  • Think analytically: Act as a light business analyst—dig into customer workflows, KPIs, and challenges to position Freepik as a clear ROI driver.

  • Continuously improve: Contribute ideas, refine approaches, and scale what works.

  • Partner to win: Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Partnerships) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.

  • Quota-crusher: Track record of exceeding targets in SaaS / SMB and Mid-Market (<1K employees).

  • Strategic seller: Skilled in MEDDICC, multithreading, and complex deal orchestration.

  • Business-minded: Comfortable analyzing customer processes and ROI drivers to sharpen proposals.

  • Impeccable presenter: World-class demo skills, able to translate product into customer value.

  • Curious learner: Quick to master Freepik’s Creative Suite and sell it with confidence.

  • Relentless hunter: Obsessed with outbound, thrives on rejection, never stops building pipeline.

  • Competitive edge: Hate losing more than you love winning.

  • Team player, no ego: Wins for the team, not just themselves.

  • Coachable & aligned: Open to feedback, respects chain of command, executes with discipline.

  • Preferred: Based in San Francisco.

  • Bonus: Experience selling into creative industries (ads, design, architecture, tech, automotive) or AI SaaS.
